HP Z440 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The rear USB 3.0 ports of my HP Z440 workstation connect at USB 2 speed. If I plug out and plug in the device (several devices tested) the problem is solved, however after the next reboot (either restart or shutdown) the problem is here again.

Windows 10 with the latest updates, latest BIOS and all drivers installed (no issue in device manager)

Reinstalling the USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) did not help.

The front ports work fine.

Any help appreciated
