Product: HP Z6 G4 Workstation
Operating System: Linux
Recently my HP Z6 G4 workstation's second CPU fan has begun to squeak. I checked HP Part Surfer, and was unable to find a replacement part number there. I was also unable to find a model with a matching part number online, which is shown on the fan's label as "PIA060K12N."
Since it looks like I will be unable to source a replacement direct from HP, I have been searching for similar fans. The Sanyo Denki 60x38mm, 12VDC, 1.5A 4-pin fan with part number 9GV0612P1M081 appears to have identical specifications to the HP model.
My question is: does the original HP fan (pictured below) use a standard 4-pin PWM pinout?
