HP Z6 G4 Serial Port Option

Does anyone have any information on the HP Z series Serial Port Option? I can't seem to find anything on it. Looking for the pinouts of the serial port header on the Z6 Motherboard and the part number of the small board that is attached to the mounting bracket. I purchased one online and I want to make sure it's the right one for the Z6 G4.

the HP Flex I/O interface modules are made in three different revisions

older systems used the v1

your Z6 G4 uses the later v2 revision modules and should be able to use the serial module linked below even though the Z6/G4 does not appear to list it

the v1/v2 modules are physically different in form factor and usually will not interchange

(the v3 module uses the same form factor as v2, but appear to be electrically different for some modules)
