HP Recommended

Dear All, I have an HP Z820 workstation that used to perform perfectly, the windows 10 is installed on an SSD and the unit has 64GB ram, NVIDIA GTX1080 GPU, and two processrors E5-2670 V2 (2.5GHz)

The system was working extremely great until some windows upgrades that took place and I noticed a significant reduction in performance and started feeling latency with opening and closing windows tabs in windows explorer.

I suspected to have SSD issues so I got a new SSD drive but the thing remains the same. I also noticed that both processors on the mother board are running at full frequency 2.5GHz all the time despite low resources are being used by the system, wehere resources used are below 10%, physical memory also the same which is less than 4% being occupied.

I will be glad if someone can help me returning the system to its normal operation speed and I will be more than greatfull.

Thank you in advance.
