I have a refurbished Z820 with dual Xeon 2695 v2, 64gb RAM, Quadro K5000

a few days ago, I turned on normally when it reaches the windows startup desktop suddenly shutdown

and then when I turned on again an error appears which was related to thermal and memory, I open it and took out the memories and reinstall them, It works fine without any error but after 1 hour of working it shutdown suddenly

many times the problem repeated anytime I turned on after a half to one Hour it shutdown again.

a friend told me to change the thermal paste, and I change it, now the problem is more complicated it shutdowns after 2-3 minutes of starting the windows without any error appearing.

please HELP HELP HELP

Turn the computer off.

Disconnect the AC power.

Re-open the case, to expose the fan on top of the processor.

Try to spin that fan, by hand.  If it does not spin freely, then it must be replaced.

Reconnect the AC power.

Turn the computer on, and see if that fan spins at all.  If not, then it must be replaced.

While the computer is on, feel for the breeze being exhausted from the fan inside the power supply.

If there is no sound from the fan, and no breeze, then that fan has failed, and the power-supply must be replaced.

At power-on, the fans should run at 100% of their speed, until the motherboard measures the temperature of the motherboard and the processor, and then, if everything is "cool" (both slang-wise and temperature-wise), it will tell the fan to slow down, and thus make less noise.

From: HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - BIOS Beep Codes

is the section: Beep codes for American Megatrends, Inc (AMI) BIOS

The following AMI beep codes can occur when there is a problem during the attempt of a normal system startup.

BEEPS:  4, 5, 6, 7

DESCRIPTION: Fatal errors related to the operation of critical motherboard components - such as the CPU.

That is "bad news".
Restart your computer, and launch the built-in HP Hardware Diagnostics, to test your hardware.

Tell us what it reports.

Dear

I tested it before an hour but it doesn't reach the end of the process and it shutdown

I read about the four beeps in the online manual, it explains it as a problem with the powersupply

then I try to remove the cable of the parts which are connected directly with powersupply like the graphic card and optical disk drive, it results the same

I think the problem is with the powersupply but how can I prove that

Try the power-supply in another computer.

Try a different power-supply in your computer, and rerun those tests, to see if they complete.

There's not much else that you can do to identify the failing component.
