Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP all in one is only 3 months old and for the past two weeks it restarts unexpectedly. I have checked the fan and it's clean.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, your PC is restarting unexpectedly,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes?

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2aSlUnS

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

While you respond to that, I suggest you try troubleshooting steps from the link: https://hp.care/2k8hXQB.

Let me know how that pans out

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,

Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hi Flower_Bud

thanks for responding!

I bought my desktop 3 Jan 2018 -set it up used it for a couple of weeks the went into hospital until beginning  Feb, the desktop was not used in my absence.  I was able to use it for a week then it would restart - even though I was in the middle of some work! It has happened at least every 4 - 5 days.

Since your reply I have unchecked 'Automatically restart'

Model No 22-b065na

product N0 W3A71EA #ABU

Please don't say that I have dismantle it to change the fan - It's a new machine!
