I'm back after a holiday. Thanks for all the help.
I got my hands on a used be quiet 750W gold PSU (ATX). This **bleep** will fit in but it will hold on only 3 screws and will have the fan pointing inside. Which is unusual but should not cause major problems from what I researched.
The BIG problem I have is the size of a GPU that I can fit in this Micro tower. Now I know why its called MICRO. You can see on the pictures that I can fit there only something small in todays standards. Something with only 1 fan. And it should be shorter than 17cm. I would say that maybe even shorter than 16cm since one bolt of the CPU heat sink is in the way. Since its taller than the black PCIE x16 graphic card slot by 1 or 2 mm. Meaning that it will block the card from connecting to the slot properly. Even if not it will lay on it/touch it for sure and I dont even know if it can do that.
The second problem is the thickens. As you can see it can be only 4 cm thick. The AC1300 dual band wi-fi is in there.
I should have researched it a little before I started. I am complete noob so ....... everything I did so far seams pointless now.
Any suggestions of a good GPU that will fit in there?

Not to go off topic, but first I would like to point out that your HP Compaq Pro 6300 Microtower's CPU according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-compaq-pro-6300-microtower-pc/5232874/document/c03382665, can be upgraded to an i7-3770. Btw, the i5-3570 is also an excellent choice. Your desktop can even be fitted with the i7-3770K if you so choose. For your information, an i7-3770 can be bought starting around $40 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=i7-3770&_sacat=0&_sop=15&LH_ItemCondition=3000&LH_BIN.... An i5-3570 can be purchased for as little as $16 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=i5-3570&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&LH_BIN=1&_sop=15&LH_P... -but perhaps I am digressing, my bad.
As to your question what graphics card would fit in your MT, with your indulgence let's take a look here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Compaq-Pro-6300-MT/1166, and we see 6300 Pro MT Users fitting decent graphics cards like these: GTX 1080 Ti, GTX 1080, RX 5700 XT, and the RTX 2060 12GB.
You would have to do some research as to dimensions which brand/model of the aforementioned graphics cards would fit in your MT chassis. I have one trick for you though, in one of my projects I ran in the GPU's length-dimensional issue as well. I was able to resolve this by using a PCIe x16 extension riser adapter card, because I had room "up" to work with within the tower case:
Like this example: https://www.amazon.com/GODSHARK-PCI-Express-Extension-Protector-Adapter/dp/B07RWRK2L6/ref=sr_1_74?cr....
Hope this was helpful.

can you put a HP 6305 in a different case, well yes but the actual question is can you easily put the 6305 board in a ATX case, and the answer is NO,................... in this case it would not be a easy (or worthwhile) task
your best bet is to try to find a 6305 minitower case
the 6305 motherboard is a non std board based off of the failed intel "BTX" (not "ATX" standard) as such the rear I/O and pci-e slots are reversed in their locations

Thanks NonSequitur777.
There is no point in changing the CPU unless I can fit a good GPU there. I have found a few decent ones with the right size that should fit in. L17cm W3.9cm. Example:
It has a cut corner where the screw from CPU heat sink should fit perfectly. There are few 1 fan versions of this RTX 3060 and some 3050.
But they all have 17cm which is less than 1 cm from the GPU heat sink. To close for comfort I think.
I wonder how did they fit RX 5700 XT, and the RTX 2060 12GB in a MT. They are long cards. 5700 has 272mm.
Thanks for the idea with PCIe x16 extension. I will research it.

You raised an excellent question. Perhaps this smaller RX 5700 XT version: PowerColor Radeon™ RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 - PowerColor with board dimensions: 230 mm x 111 mm x 41 mm, or the even smaller RX 5700: PowerColor Radeon™ RX 5700 ITX 8GB GDDR6 - PowerColor with board dimensions: 175 mm x 110 mm x 40 mm. For the RTX 2060 12GB, I am not sure. Maybe the User removed the case panel or parked his graphics card outside his desktop like I have done.
There are smaller footprint graphics cards out there, here is another example: the ASUS Phoenix Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB has these dimensions: 177 mm x 128 mm x 51 mm: Amazon.com: ASUS Phoenix NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 V2 Gaming Graphics Card- PCIe 4.0, 12GB GDDR6 memor....

Hi. Thank you everyone , especially to NonSequitur777. I had fun doing this.
I bought the Palit RTX 3060 12GB storm X. Took me some time to fit it in (My first time.) together with be quiet PSU 750W. PSU only on 2 screws but it holds.
NonSequitur777 the ASUS Phoenix Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB(177 mm x 128 mm x 51 mm) is a little bit bigger than Palit RTX3060 12GB storm X 170mm x125mmx39mm. The Asus wont fit in next to my wifi and is 7mm longer/closer to the CPU heat sink.
Now I have to upgrade the CPU to i7-3770k but will take my time.
Any advice on which heat sink should I get or can I leave the old one?
I guess I need a better screen now, mine is only 60 Hz.
7th from the top.

Outstanding, this looks great!
Keep the existing heatsink, works just fine with an i7-3770K.
It's about airflow, and since your MT has both a front (CPU) and rear chassis cooling fan inline, I would doubt you'll have to upgrade cooling fans.
