Each of the SATA ports (there are 2 of them) can be maxed out at what size of memory? is there a limit?
Also can you install SSD?

Here is the hardware reference guide/ manual, dated 2003.
Win 7 will cease OS support 01-14-2020. Because of the age and OS restrictions, I can only recommend a max of 2 TB drive per SATA port. Installing an SSD drive would not be advisable, as it would not give SATA 600 speed.

Thanks Provost
I know about the Windows 7 Status
How about The IDE ports, how much memory can each be maxed out at? there are 2 of them
Was also curious about what will happen if you install two Hard Drives on the IDE port and don't set the second one as slave, will you be able to load/transfer files to it?

Hard drives are a storage device, and are rated in Gigabytes. Motherboard RAM is called "memory", and is not storage. IDE/EIDE drive cable will handle only 2 drives, called "master" and "slave". See this article to explain that the jumpers must be attached. Finding IDE/EIDE drives that are still reliable will present a problem.
External USB drives can be used on a powered USB hub. Still maintain the 2 Terrabytes limit.

Sorry
I meant what maximum storage can each connector on the IDE cable can handle?
Also was just curious to know what would happen if you don't set the second Hard Drive as a slave, will you be able to transfer files to it?
