HP elitedesk 705 g3 sff AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400g

HI, I have an HP EliteDesk g3 sff computer with an AMD PRO A6-8570 R5 processor. I want to put AMD Ryzen™ 5 PRO 3400G in there. If the BIOS is updated, will the processor on this computer work? In the last thread, I found a list of compatible processors, but even my installed processor was not there.

According to actual HP EliteDesk 705 G3 SFF User benchmarks (UserBenchmark: HP EliteDesk 705 G3 SFF Compatible Components), your HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC either is fitted with the HP SSID: 8265 motherboard, in that case the AMD PRO A12-9800 appears to be the 'best' processor, or the HP SSID: 835B motherboard, and in that case the AMD Ryzen 7 1800X is the best performing processor, at least according to HP EliteDesk 705 G3 SFF Users who submitted their PCs to this benchmark test.

How to find out what motherboard edition you have: type in: system information in your Windows search bar, and then left-click on the System Information App.  You should see something like this (using my own PC as an example):

What "BaseBoard Product" number do you have?

Incidentally, the AMD PRO A12-9800 processor mentioned in HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Business Desktop PC Specifications | HP® Customer Support, performs much better than the AMD PRO A6-8570: AMD PRO A12-9800 vs PRO A6-8570 (cpu-world.com).

The point is -not to be a party-pooper, but I found no indication online that the AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400G is compatible with either HP EliteDesk 705 G3 SFF motherboard versions.
