Hp elitedesk 800 g2 sff
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Older threads were locked, sorry for the new one. I have a HP elitedesk 800 g2 sff, i5-6500 with 16gb ram, 256ssd & 2tb HD. As I understand it, I can put in a GT 1030 graphics card in this because it only uses 30w. HP product specifications (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04802690) lists "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2 GB PCIe x16 graphics card", does that mean I can use one? I've read that this system uses 200w PS (or 180w, read that too so I'm not certain), I've also read that this system can take a 240w PSU (HP 702309-002). Essentially giving my pcie 40 more watts to play with. If this is true, couldn't I use a pci powered graphics card like a GT 1050ti or gtx 1650? Basically asking what I could upgrade with to be able to play some older games (GTA V seems like a common base line) at medium settings? If my only option is a GT 1030, it only allows for 2 monitors. Can I run a 3rd off the system MB? I know that the hd 530 can handle 3, I'm not sure if it functions with a dedicated  GPU. And while I have your attention *grinning * I have a 2 free bays, one 3.5", and was wondering if I could put another 2tb hdd in there and steal both the cables from the DVD drive to make a raid1 with my other 2tb hdd? Obviously my OS in on the 256ssd. Or would it be better to use the open pci x 4 slot for a m2ssd (with an adapter) and not worry about raid (because when SSD fails, like SD cards, are still readable and can be copied to a new one). Sorry, a lot of questions and presumptions. I'm happy to accept partial answers as I asked a lot. Thanks in advance!
