HP Recommended
Product: Thunderbolt 3 card
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased an HP envy from a friend. I thought it had Thunderbolt 3 but apparently it’s just a USB C port in front. Trying to find out if I can upgrade to TB3 on this model. Best Buy is not answering chats or calls.
