I need to upgrade the graphic card for gaming as inexpensively as possible (fixed income). Can anyone tell me what will work on this computer? Thanks.

Greetings Tday1973,

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

It is difficult to answer your question.

Your PC's motherboard has some graphics card upgrade issues. You power supply is a 180 watt SFF PSU.

Both issues create GPU upgrade problems.

The motherboard may have a problem supporting a dual slot, longer GPU. You may have to look at low profile single slot GPU upgrades. There are not many low profile GPU upgrade options for extreme gaming.

The PSU can be upgraded to a better SFF higher watt PSU.

What games do you want to play and what frame rates would you like to see? Your expectations may exceed the possibilities and your budget in this instance.

Your PC has a Intel H270 chipset and can support a i7-7700 CPU. This component is good for playing AAA games.

Regards
