HP 24W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a new HP 24w monitor (2 weeks) and I constantly have this one problem.

Sometimes it just somehow distorts some elements on the screen (mainly when watching videos) When there are letters for example, it seems like they have some kind of colorful shadow behind them. And the same goes about anything really. There are colorful edges around elements on the screen.

It is a terrible photo but you should see what I am talking about here:

What can I do to help it? Thanks

@Vlacou,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display quality on the monitor.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number or the exact model of your monitor?

I recommend you update the graphics driver on your computer and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
