Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Use Device Manager to update hardware drivers such as the graphics, audio, wireless, or other drivers for your computer.

In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

In the list of devices, select Mice and other pointing devices.

Right-click the keyboard, select Update Driver, and then follow the instructions to install the updated driver.

Restart the computer to complete the installation of the updates.

this is a fairly old keyboard from the win 2000/XP era, so i doubt you will find win 10 drivers much less win 7 drivers
you might be able to install the existing driver in xp sp/3 compatibility mode under win 10 if the driver fails to install normally under win 10
