Yes, when you say: "i5 2gen", please be more specific: i5-2300, i5-2400, i5-2500, etc.?

@Himanshu2k,

 

That explains why the i5-2400 doesn't work: it is a 95-watt TDP processor, and only 35-watt TDP processors are compatible with your system.

 

Therefore, here are the best compatible processors: 2nd gen: i5-2390T and 3rd gen: i5-3470T.
