Product: Touchsmart IQ506
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Trying to check for latest drivers. etc. for my TouchSmart IQ506, but HP's site shows "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience" with no results after over 30 minutes - much longer than the 3 minutes specified.

The same thing happens on multiple browsers Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and even IE11.

Does anyone have a direct link to the drivers/software for the Windows 7 64-bit support page for this model?

Thanks for the link, but HP cautions against external resources such as. That  said, if HP is unwilling to fix their driver support pages for their product(s), what other option do users like me have?
