Hi, folks. I have a 27” HP monitor I purchased over the summer for about $200 at Best Buy. It’s out of the return policy but well within the warranty. The monitor crapped out recently and displays a flashing white, red, green, and blue sequence. I’ve swapped HDMI cables and video sources to no avail.
I contacted HP who tried to help and asked I repeat the many troubleshooting steps. Nothing worked. The rep told me she could do additional troubleshooting over the phone, but it would entail an additional fee. I asked if I could just send the obviously broken machine in for service and she refused. Do I have any options here? This brand just seems awful.
