I purchased an HP computer and HP sent me a USED computer. Now, they are making it a HUGE hassle to get it exchanged. They have lied to me over and over again, failed to notify me that it was going to be delayed again, HELP BACK ON THE EXCHANGE despite having an expedited exchange authorized, LIED TO ME SOME MORE.
HOW am I supposed to get my computer? I PAID FOR IT AND HP REFUSES TO MAIL ME THE EXCHANGE? What can I do?

HP is now refusing to refund my money, despite acknowledging the FULL RETURN of the computer. MY FAMILY IS NOT WEALTHY AND $1800 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR US. I have been without a computer since this all stared over 2 months ago and HP keeps LYING TO ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN ABOUT MY REFUND.
WHY ARE YOU TREATING ME LIKE THIS?
