I have a brand new HP M110we LaserJet printer. I have the HP Smart App on Windows 11. When attempting to set up the printer the Smart App found the printer but could not connect wirelessly. Suggested move closer to the router. I am 5' from a router that covers the entire house. My last HP printer connected wirelessly fine. I went to HP support. Support could not my printer serial number Model number. I can't even get help .because I can't select a product.

I can't connect wirelessly and support can't find my serial number or model number
