Product: 674339-001

Hello.

The HP website doesn't give me any results when I try to detect my computer with it's serial number on this page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

There is a Chassis No: 674339-001. But it gives a lot of models.

 

I don't have the the computer next to me. I have serial and chassis numbers. I wanted to know the exact model of the product using serial number, in order to find proper specifications for my exact computer. HP website doesn't find it.

And I can't open a support ticket since the website can't tell me which product I have.

And the issue is to detect the product.

HP company is just great.

Update. User took a photo of a wrong serial.
The other serial was found successfully on a website. Case is closed.
