HP has a record of that serial number.
The PC shows up in the Partsurfer database.
Are you sure you are on the right website?
The one from your screenshot appears to be the HP Enterprise (HPE) website and you need the HP website.
Unless you are under an extended warranty, your PC's warranty expired years ago.

I included two screenshots, one from the HPE website and the other one from the "regular" HP website.
I just tried putting in the serial number into the page on your 2nd link and, still:
I encourage you to try to input that serial number so you can see for yourself.

Since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP, I wouldn't be able to help you with why the PC doesn't show up on the support site.
I tried entering both the product number and serial number in the link I posted search window and also came up empty-handed.
I don't have a phone number to call HP and there are so many scam sites out there, you would have to know that you are actually getting HP on the phone when you call.
The PC exists by model and serial number in the Partsurfer database, so it makes no sense to me why it isn't showing up on the support site.
All my PC's show up on the support site, all of the warranties have expired, and since HP charges you in advance for out of warranty support, I have never tried contacting HP support.
