Product: HP z820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hi, we need assistance with z820, it beeps twice and flashes red light twice and doesn't boot to Windows 7. We have tried to:
- vacuum the computer
- re-seat all possible components
We're considering:
- flash Bios
I was wondering if HP would give us a hint on this. We have a few hundreds in our institution and I was wondering whether there would be a way to rectify the situation.'
Thank you in advance.

Hi:
According to chapter 4, page 145 of the service manual, the two beeps, two red flashing power LED code indicates a problem with the CPU cooling system.
