Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased an HP All in One 24-g237c desktop from Costco several years ago and it must have updated at some point and my camera no longer works. I uninstalled it as directed by a prior post, and now it’s no longer showing at all. I re-installed the drivers and still, NOTHING. I don’t know which driver is the camera driver. I would appreciate any advice.

I suggest downloading and running the latest version 8.5.0.0 of the  HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics

Click on the Diagnose PC Hardware Issues outside of the OS.

Once installed you will be able to invoke it on startup by immediately tapping the F2 key after pressing the power button.

Select the Component tests section

There is a WebCam test in the utility.
