Hello everyone,
I have a HP EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR running Win10 Pro (64bit), but just been recently upgraded to Win11 successfully. The version of the OS is 21H2. But, when I tried to run the HPIA, it returns this error message:
***************************
HP Image Assistant does not support Microsoft Windows 11 Professional, version 21H2 for this product. Do you want to download the list of supported products and operating systems?
***************************
Of course, the version is not among the list.
I wonder, is there still something can be done with this, please, or that's the end of it, that is, HPIA (hp-hpia-5.1.4 softPaq sp136558 or version 5.1.5 softPaq140024) does not work with this version?
Many thanks to all of you again.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
If you look at the matrix, none of the HP PC's listed that do not officially support W11 show HPIA support for W11, so I do not believe that the 800 G3 model series will ever have HPIA support for W11.
That is the common denominator in that matrix.
For example, you can see that the 800 G4 is supported by the HPIA in W11.
That is because the 800 G4's come with W11-capable Intel 8th generation core processors.
Desktop and notebook PC's that have the Intel 7th generation core processors and below are not supported for W11.

Hi:
It's not going to work because the 800 G3 is not supported by Microsoft or HP for W11.
That is why you are getting that message.
See the matrix below for the list of supported PC's and operating systems.

Thank you very much again for the quick reply.
I wonder, just for curiosity's sake, why it is working with my other machine G3 with OS Win10 Pro 21H1 version, 64 bit.
Before I upgraded this machine to Win11, the HPIA also didn't work with the Win10, that's why I thought if upgraded to Win11 it might work, but the same result. Just now I am opening the other identical machine but with Win10 Pro with version 21H1 installed. See picture image below: it works. Strange, wouldn't you say! I checked in the list in the link you gave, for HP EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR for OS Win10 64bit version 21H1, but I couldn't find it in the list, yet it works with the other machine. (Perhaps it's in there but I might have missed it)-- If not, I wish if you could give some idea on the possible reason why, just to put my mind at rest. I found the HPIA very helpful.
Thank you so much again.

You're very welcome.
Here is a screenshot of the matrix which shows the HPIA is supposed to work for the 800 G3 on W10, but not on W11.
The first column that indicates not supported is for W8.1, the middle is for the supported versions of W10 and the right column that indicates not supported is for W11.
Now why the matrix shows support for the tower up to 20H2, but for the small form factor it is current to the latest release (21H2), that I do not know.

Thank you again for further clarification.
Referring solely on version 21H2:
Now, since I made a copy of the Win10 before upgrading it to Win11, I replaced this Win10 into the machine. I run the HPIA (both hp-hpia-5.1.4 softPaq sp136558 and the version 5.1.5 softPaq140024). Both of them runs with no problem on Win10. Then I tried it again on Win11. Unfortunately, none of them worked. This is just information of the various attempts I made. You are quite right in your reply. I just wonder if there would be some updates in the horizon, as it looks too strange for me, having seen the list you gave.
Thank you very much again.
