Hi

I've been using HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse for a while now.

However, the mouse (HSA-D01M) have scroll button not working.

After i take the mouse off, now i can't connect back to the dongle, while i can still use the keyboard.

Should i buy a new keyboard and mouse set?

Power down the system.  Remove the dongle.  Remove battery from mouse and put back in after 2-3 seconds. Same for keyboard.

Power up your PC.  When windows asks for username / password,  put the dongle in a different USB slot.

You might want to invest in cheap wired keyboard / mouse combo.   Most wireless keyboard / mice do not work in bios setup.  Occasionally i have a desktop PC that displays "Press F1 to continue" and I have to go find my wired keyboard to make to make it work.

Some HP AIO have Wi-Fi keyboard dongle on the motherboard and the BIOS supports the keyboard.

What system do you have?

Let me know what happens.

Hi BeemerBiker,

I'm using Windows 10 and I've followed your steps and only keyboard is operational, Mouse still can't connect to the dongle unfortunately.
