Hi! 

 

I just got my PC up and running after a BIOS corruption and I had to take it to a repair place. The guy told me to run a diagnostics test on my hard drive because I have an issue starting my computer sometimes. Ran the short DST check, which failed. The hard drive passed the SMART check, however. 

 

I'm not quite sure what message the ID code is for, so I'm going to post it here in hopes I get an answer. 

 

FAILURE ID: 9SMBNW-B1SC0F-QF8X01-60TC03

 

PRODUCT ID: 1J7P7AA

 

MODEL: WDC PC SN530 SDBPNPZ-256G-1006

 

SERIAL #: [personal info removed]
