Computer was frozen during a upgrade, so despite it saying don't turn off computer I didn't know what else to do so I shut it off. It started up again after many tries and hard resets, but nothing would work once it turned on. I ran the system fast test and the hard drive/SSD short DST check failed. The failed ID was RGF81G-8MBB48-XD4CQJ-60U103. Do I need to replace the hard drive, or can this issue be fixed?
Thanks in advance.

Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
| RGF81G-8MBB48-XD4CQJ-60U103 | OK | 0000000000 | 5/16/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
