I am adding a second hard drive to my system that I pulled from another computer. Where do I get those four screws with the special large head that enables the drive to be just slid into the bay on my HP PC? What specifically do I need to ask for?

I found some information. They are called HP 3.5” HDD M3 Grommet Screws. They come 48 to the box and the HP part number is X9L44A6. Here is a link to the information.

The cheapest I found was $18 for a box of 48.
I think you can just go to your local hardware store and ask for M3 screws if you need just a few.
