HP Laptop Model 15-da0032ca

Hello everyone, just yesterday I had my hp laptop's hard drive replaced because its performance has slowed down. It takes time to start and it processes very slowly. My husband bought the laptop in Canada, but to our surprise the hard drive installed was a Toshiba manufactured from the Philippines. Is it possible that hp laptops bought in Canada are installed with hard drives made from the Philippines? The sad part was, we just left our laptop at one of the hp store in the Philippines while they replaced the hard drive and didn't even see if it was really the original hard drive installed. Please help me.

Your machine may actually Made In China not from Canada. HP plants in some Asian countries use parts from few different countries for all markets. RAM, SSD, HDD, BATTERY .... Therefore that is very normal.

Repair shops can use parts (HP certified) or any compatible parts. As I say above: from any source.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.
