installed the NVIDIA RTX A2000 12GB Graphics Card low-profile that fit a Form factor as suggested here by NonSequitur777. Power consumption Total board power: 70 W for the Graphics Card. After installing I keep getting hard crashes so I removed the card until i for. My Computer HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV). My PSU is 80 Plus Gold for Power Supply with 310W,SSD 512GB,1TB Hard Drive for storage. The Reno Motherboard with PCI Express Gen 3.0 x16 (single slot) and One PCI Express Gen 3.0 x1 (single slot). I was suggest by NVIDIA support to upgrade the Power Supply but what I was reading many people are having this issue regardless of the power watts. NVIDIA suggest maybe 600-700 watts but I don't know if this computer model supports my computer system.
I also I don't think I would need it either because I am not using any 4k Monitor yet only my old 1080p Monitor E222OSWDN LED 22. I had to buy an mini DisplayPort for the monitor to attach to the graphics card to my old monitor. I Graphics Card I have took out of my system because of the hard System Crashes. So if any HP Expert could help that would be great. Thanks kindly
