Microsoft Windows 11

When I start my laptop, an error pops up of hard disk (3F2). It said to run a diagnostic test and I did but the test says "no hard disk found. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly"

Please help idk what this is or what to do

That message usually means the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.   Once you open the case, assuming the warranty is no longer valid, then locate the drive and verify that the cable are s till connected properly, as mentioned in the warning.

That will also mean that all the software will need to be reinstalled.  I do not see a model number mentioned, so please post that info for accurate help.  With the drive identified by (3F2), it might suggest that there are more than one hard drive. In many models there is a SSD and a conventional drive installed.  Also, Your model might be supported by the HP Cloud Recovery tool.
