Hard disk error

Hi guys. Can you help me with this? I’ve been seeing this  blue screen multiple times recently (Hard Disk 5 (3F5) error message ) . All system diagnostic tools and tests were made successfully every time.

It is time to replace the hard disk.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
