I'm getting a 24 digit error code that has to do with a message that reports imminent hard drive failure can someone help

Hi @OTPTech 

 

Please provide a specific Product number.

 

You will have to replace the system disk. Reinstall Windows or do a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC supports the HP recovery option.

 

You might be able to backup data if this disk can be mounted by Windows in a different PC. Or connect this disk as a data drive in this PC after reinstalling Windows on a new disk.
