What SSD hard drive do you recommend for a 520-1030 Desktop PC?
If no recommendation will a
SAMSUNG 870 EVO SATA III SSD 1 TB 2.5” Internal Solid State Hard Drive
be adoptable?

Hi:
Yes, that model should work fine in your PC, but since the mechanical hard drive is 3.5" you will need a 3.5" to 2.5" drive adapter so you can properly mount the smaller 2.5: SSD where the larger drive is now.
Another option would be this model drive which has the same performance specs:
The newer generation has slower write speeds for some reason, but it is priced considerably lower than the Samsung 870 or the older generation WD Blue SSD.
