Problem originally started with crashing out of certain games, so I took steps to reinstall and update drivers. When trying to reinstall them, I was met with multiple errors. Firstly, after trying to install NVIDIA's most game ready driver, I was met with:
"An error occurred while extracting the package, this may have happened because of the following reasons:
- Not enough disc space. To free disk space, delete files you no longer need
- Download package is corrupt."
After a few tries, it changed to something else, stating "This driver is not compatible with your version of Windows", which is ridiculous because I am running Windows 11, not an outdated version.
I eventually tried to do a clean install of the driver by uninstalling the driver entirely, then downloading the driver off the website. After downloading the file and running it, about half way through the download I was met with whatever a 7-Zip Data error is.
Unsure of what to do next, I consulted the internet and was pushed into the direction of running a Windows Memory Diagnostic Test. It stated I had hardware problems, and to specify the hardware problems I needed to consult the manufacturer, so I am here now. Assumingly, I have to send the logs of the Diagnostic Test for an expert to analyze them, and figure out what I have to replace.
