No, my opinion is that the webpage has a problem like many other HP specification webpages do.

Yesterday, I submitted a follow-up request to please look into the status of getting the webpage fixed to the new HP forum administrator who recently was promoted into the position last week.

Another forum member showed me a way to find the motherboard specs through an AI search on the HP support site.

When I did that, I got the specs for the Groot3 motherboard:
