@Hyadeee1992 -- both the WiFi and the Ethernet adapters are showing "not connected".

Windows does not use BOTH adapters at the SAME time?

If you connect an Ethernet cable between your computer and your cable-modem, does the Ethernet adapter change to a "connected" status?  Be sure that the order of the coloured wires at both ends of the Ethernet cable are in the IDENTICAL order -- do not use a "cross-over" cable.

Do you have a smart-phone that can connect via WiFi to your cable-modem?
