Hi, Please I'm facing a problem with the HP hardware diagnostic  software, when i run the fast or long storage test, it got cancelled after 30 seconds, thank you for your help.

Are you using the installed version of the downloaded USB version?

 

Usually when there are issues with a disk the test will not complete.

 

You can download the most recent version of the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility form the Microsoft store Install it and run it to see if it will complete.

 

You can also check the brand of the drive and go to its manufacturer website.

There should be a SMART utility which will tell you the condition of the drive available there.
