Looking for replacement part number or equivalent for the heatsink fan and where to get it,   The fan is running but I'm getting 90B error.

Okay Guys.... Thank you for your help.  I did get the answer I was looking for but I had to dig deep into HP website to get where I wanted to be.  What I wanted was found at "HP PartSurfer"  It seems that the part is not currently stocked, but at least now I have a way to try to get a replacement part.  🤔

@Dean17,

Before you rush out to get parts, you might want to read a solution.

A can of compressed air, Q-tips, and isopropyl 90% alcohol.

Thanks for your reply,  I think the fan is shot.

I can do the replacement, but I want to get the proper replacement part or equivalent. To do that, I need the part number that goes with this unit (510-P026,   SKU#V8P11AA).  Seems HP not publishing part numbers any more, at least for this unit.  I searched internet but I can't locate the part # or equivalent for it.  Geek Squad says that it needs my PC for 2-4 weeks just to replace fan, and charge $89.00 non-refundable diagnostic fee, before they give me an estimate.  I don't think so!!!!!!  😕

@Dean17

This was actually discussed back in Janurary 2019. Maybe you will answer the questions.

Just measure the fan, verify it is 4 pins, and replace the fan.  Just let us know the answers.
