Where to begin....This has been awful from the get go.

I need to update to windows 11 and have put it off as things work okay and it never let me.   When i go to update it tells me to have 10 GB of space available either by deleting things or using external memory.

I have deleted quite literally everything off my PC except the bulls$%& I don't want or need like Cortana, edge, and lots of other bloatware and it won't let me uninstall this.      still not enough room.

Put in memory card-Will not read it.  Attached my external hardrive via USB-will not read it.  It is not the harddrive or memory card as these work in other systems.   How am i to update stupid windows?!

Side note-my audio driver also is gone-cannot listen to anything.   The HP support somewhere told me to uninstall it when it was not working and that it would "automatically reinstall" it.   Lies.  Nothing reinstallled and I still cannot listen to anything.   Any help with this is also appreciated.

I don't have $$ to get  a new laptop and this is only 4 years old or so, this shouldn't be this difficult.   If and when I do upgrade HP is  a no go for me.     I can't even reach actual support people  (help with that will also be welcomed)
