Hi can any one tell me how and were to update the bios and firm ware it doesn't seem to be listed on the site 

My PC is TG01 1070m CTO with Windows 10 22h2 

Please help thank you

Hello, if your computer is working without any issues, and the motherboard detects all devices, then you shouldn't worry about updating the BIOS.

If you have issues that you think may be related to an old BIOS, you can use the latest version located in the section for Windows 10 Version 20H2

Before updating, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the corresponding installation guide.
