Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP AIO as fitted with the Pegatron Jesse motherboard (see: http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-pegatron-jesse-corporation/), can be fitted with up to 2 x 4GB of DDR3 PC3-10600, 1333 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 204-pin RAM sticks.
And yes, the referenced Patriot Signature DDR3 4GB (1 x 4 GB) CL11 PC3-12800 (1600MHz) SODIMM Notebook RAM Memory (p/n: PSD34G16002S) is compatible but will down throttle to 1333 MHz RAM speed.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

You are welcome -glad I could assist!
Before you remove/install new RAM, make sure your AIO is powered off, unplug the power supply, and push the power button for a couple of seconds to discharge any remaining power.
