So recently i bought a 1660ti to upgrade it to my omen 880-010 and i plugged it in and everything but when i turned on the computer something beeps constantly for 15 seconds and it doesn’t let me plug my monitor in but the fans of the gpu are on

That is interesting, because a GTX 1660 Ti should run just fine in your OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-010. According to your PC's specs, you got a 500-watt power supply (please verify), which is more than sufficient to power this card.


Did you plug in a PCIe 8-pin power cable in your card?

 

Could you give me the exact beeping code for me?
