Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024

Hello, I have an HP OMEN 30L GT13-0024 with motherboard SSID 87C3 and BIOS version F.32.

My AMD TPM firmware version is 3.90.0.5. Activision has identified AMD TPM firmware versions matching 3..0. as incompatible with Call of Duty's security attestation requirements.

My BIOS is already updated to the latest version listed on HP's website, but I am still failing the attestation check.

Is there a newer BIOS or AMD fTPM firmware update available for my exact model that resolves this compatibility issue?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, according to this document from HP, they will not be releasing a BIOS update for the PC model series listed in that document to fix the AMD fTPM firmware attestation issue for that motherboard SSID.
