Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Yes, the 1360t is compatible.
You have the required UEFI BIOS.
Your PC is a CTO product. So you may have either a: 300w, 460w, or a 600w PSU.
Check the length of the card against the length along the PCIe x16 in the chassis .
A dual fan 1050 Ti can be around 10 inches in length. Some 1050 Ti cards require a six pin PSU connection.
Check your PSU .

You need to immediately verify your boot environment, use this program. Report back ASAP !!!
Notes:
1) Your computer is circa 2011. It was issued under WIN 7 and WIN 8.
2) You upgraded to WIN 10. Can not install a newer BIOS revision because of the upgrade to WIN 10.
3) If you boot environment is BIOS, you will not be able to use any card manufactured after Aug 2012.

What do you mean by the length of the card against the slot in the chassis

Hi Blabbytax1,
Measure along the x16 slot (this is where the new graphics card will install on the MB) to find the maximum length available.
Buy a 1050 Ti that does not exceed this length.
Let's say you have ten inches of length from the rear I/O panel to the front of the chassis. You can't install a 10.5 inch or greater length graphics card in the chassis. It won't fit.
A longer card may hit the PSU cabling, or the HDD cage, or the DVD cabling.

Hi,
I do not know the internal dimensions of your specific chassis. I have installed 10 inch graphics cards in similar HP cases.
Did some graphics card upgrades in 1300 CTO series systems and 810 systems.
That is why you must measure.
