Depends on your power supply.
For example, if you got a 500-watt power supply, I would recommend a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 Ti powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this model: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-dual-rtx-4060-ti-oc.b11144.

If I think what it is you are referring to (please verify):
HP Envy 750 / HP Omen 870 Motherboard IPM17-DD2 with LGA 1151 and H170 Intel Chipset with Motherboard HP SSID: 830C or HP Motherboard HP SSID: 82F1, the best possible compatible processor would be the i7-7700K.
