I currently have a HP Pavilion 590-p0063a my pc has 180 watts I am trying to get 600-700 watts to install a better graphics card. Can someone suggest me a PSU that is compatible with my pc? And if there is a different way I can upgrade the watts on my PC let me know. Thanks

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Pavilion 590-p0063a (4LY36AA) as fitted with a Lincs motherboard (SSID: 843B) and a 180-watt power supply with p/n: L08660-800, can be upgraded with a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800, which is equipped with one 6+2-pin (8-pin) and one 6-pin PCIe power cables.
You can purchase one of these power supplies online, such as this trusted eBay-Australia Seller: New Power Supply Unit PSU 500W For HP ENVY Desktop - 795-0003UR L05757-800 AU | eBay.
With a 500-watt power supply, you can upgrade your graphics card with a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 Ti model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this example: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 Ti OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, or if you want to spend less but still enjoy a substantial graphics card performance improvement, a smaller-sized RTX 4060, such as this example: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
