The Maintenance and Service Guide provided by HP for your PC shows how to disassemble the PC. Also check this YouTube video for additional information.
This YouTube video explains how to upgrade a CPU in an older HP AIO PC. Your PC's CPU socket may be different. I could not find a CPU upgrade demo for your specific PC.
The CPU socket is different. I don't work with HP AIO PCs. Not familiar with the CPU socket being used or how you remove and replace the CPU with this socket. Don't see any mounting screws or a CPU locking mechanism.
The HP video does not show how to remove or install a CPU in this socket.
