How can I buy a new system board for a Z8 G4 ?

Hello all,

I was installing a new CPU for my Z8 G4 when I happened to drop the whole heat sink. One of the corners struck in the middle of the CPU socket and completely ruined it.

I figure that I need to replace the system board in order to get my computer running again.

The warranty has expired and would not cover such things anyways. However, I happen to have an insurance against such accidents. For this reason, I would need to have some kind of official price for the system board.

I am in Finland, so some tips of how I can find an official European distributor of spare parts, and their prices for a Z8 G4 system board would be appreciated.

I found a solution for my problem:

First I needed to go the the
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

I put in my product number, then I got a list of all possible parts for my variant of the Z8 G4 workstation.
With this site, I could only order to a US address but I made a note of this part number for the system board: "914281-601"

Second, I went to the following site:
https://parts.hp.com

I selected my location, in the upper part of the website to Finland. Then I fed in the part number, that I got from the other site, that is "914281-601" and I was able to get to a page where I could create an order and get an official price quote for the system board:

Note that it was necessary to first go the partsurfer site because I could not find the system board based on the product number if I went directly to the parts.hp.com site.
