My old hdd is not working anymore so I change it with a new ssd but when i tried installing windows to the ssd it doesn't show up in windows setup and in my bios. What should I do?

What is the exact model of your HP 23 ? So I can lookup the specs.

HP ENVY All-in-One - 23-k320nx. My PC is 5 yrs old.
So i tried the old hdd of my Envy 23 to my laptop and it works. But when I use it again to my Envy 23 it says "Boot device not found" and "Hard disk 3FO".
